Our cattle loading ramps are built to last.
Our most popular cattle loading ramp is our 3.6m loading ramp with a timber floor. This loading ramp is manufactured with a heavy duty base and front buffer. The sides of this loading ramp are gal sheeted up 600mm and the rails above the sheet are 115 x 42 x 2mm oval gal material. The timber floor is a lot quieter than a steel floor ramp. The 3.6m cattle loading ramp can also be fitted with two different styles of walkways on either side of the loading ramp.
M & M Stockyards 5.0m cattle loading ramp is manufactured with a 1.4m flat load out section. The flat load out section has an access door on one side and the loading ramp comes complete with a walkway with a handrail. The walkway and access door can be on either side of the ramp. This ramp is built heavy duty and has the timber floor to reduce noise.
The 3.0m cattle loading ramp is designed to suit the smaller yard systems. It is manufactured in 50 x 50mm gal square material with the sides sheeted 300mm. This loading ramp has a gal sheeted floor with 40 x 40mm square material welded across it for grip and strength.
Adjustable Loading Ramp for Cattle Yards
This ramp is the latest edition to our heavy duty range of loading ramps. The 3.6m adjustable ramp has some stand out features including an easy to operate load brake winch for height adjustment. The standard heavy duty buffer is designed to adjust with the floor height. The unique advantage of this is that when the vehicle backs up to the ramp, there is solid contact. Height settings are from 1200mm (truck height) down to 500mm (box trailer) with 100mm increments. The section of ramp floor which is adjustable is pivoted back 1800mm or approximately halfway along the ramp. Since the gradient is never too extreme this helps with livestock flow when loading or unloading. Inside sheeting of the ramp has been increased to allow for adjustment. Ramp materials consist of 115 x 42mm oval rail, buffer is manufactured using 125 x 75 x 3mm galvanized RHS. Floor consists of 100 x 50mm hardwood timber, these boards, like the standard 3.6m ramp, can also be replaced easily. The features that a lot of adjustable ramps on the market today lack we believe we have addressed. Practicality, durability, safety and strength were all considered when designing and manufacturing the 3.6m heavy duty adjustable loading ramp.
