This yard system design is a modified version of our 130 Head (CR) Safety Force Design. It has a total yard area of 523m sq.

  • Yard Components Included (all manufactured in Australian First Garde Steel - galvanised inside and outside with the highest gal coating for this type of steel on the Australian market:

    • 5 rail panels - 2.5m long x 1.7m high (115mm x 42mm rail).

    • 5 rail gates in frames - 2.5m long x 2.2m high frames (115mm x 42mm rail)

    • Our low noise cleating system.

    • Panel pins.

    • Foot pins.

    • Four Section Curved Force Yard with Ratcheting Safety Gate.

    • Panels, double hinge gates, double hinge lock-up gates in the drafting pound, single hinge gates and slide gates.

    • Calf Race.

  • Yard Upgrades:

    • Upgraded panel posts from 1.6mm to 2.5mm thick material.

    • An additional slide gate in the race, one section back from the crush.

    • Upgraded gate on the rear of the force, to a single hinge gate and heavy-duty frame with a spring slam catch.

    • Three way drafting section at the front of the crush (two connected gates (connected overhead) on hinges with tension adjustment, on permanent posts with a heavy duty drop bolt).

  • Ramp:

    • 3.6m Timber Floor Loading Ramp complete with:

      • Hardwood timber floor.

      • Ramp sides sheets up to 600mm.

      • Ramp side rails - 115mmx42mm rail

      • Heavy-duty front buffer.

      • Double width walkway and handrail on one side.

      • Heavy-duty construction overall.

  • Crush:

    • CIA Stockman Pro-Chute Crush complete with:

      • Full walk-through Mk 5 Headbail sheeted to eliminate leg injury.

      • Two hinged gates fitted into the top split gate on working side.

      • Full exit gates split horizontally on working side.

      • Front and rear Operation

      • Yellow handles for operators’ visibility

      • Full walk-through vet section

      • One-sided parallel sided squeeze

      • Anti-Backing System

      • ¾ sheeted rear door
