175 Head (CR) Safety Force Design | Rocky Creek, NSW

This yard system design has a total yard area of 513m sq. It has a working capacity of 175 head and a holding capacity of 395 head. Modifications to the yard design have been made to allow for weighing in the crush. This means the addition of an extra race frame at the head of the crush. Further modifications were made to accommodate existing fence lines and the inclusion of two 3m gates on either side of this fence line.

Yard Components Included (all manufactured in Australian First Grade Steel - galvanised inside and outside with the highest gal coating for this type of steel on the Australian market:
- 5 rail panels - 2.5m long x 1.7m high (115mm x 42mm rail).
- 5 rail gates in frames - 2.5m long x 2.2m high frames (115mm x 42mm rail)
- Our low noise cleating system.
- Panel pins.
- Foot pins.
- Three Section Curved Force Yard with Ratcheting Safety Gate.
- Panels, double hinge gates, double hinge lock-up gates in the drafting pound, single hinge gates and slide gates.
- Calf Race.
Yard Upgrades:
- Upgraded panel posts from 1.6mm to 2.5mm thick material.
- Upgraded gate on the rear of the force, to a single hinge gate and heavy-duty frame with a spring slam catch.
Ramp:
- 3.6m Timber Floor Loading Ramp complete with:
  - Hardwood timber floor.
  - Ramp sides sheets up to 600mm.
  - Ramp side rails - 115mmx42mm rail
  - Heavy-duty front buffer.
  - Single width walkway and handrail on one side.
  - Heavy-duty construction overall.
Crush:
- CIA M&M Stockyards Ringer Pro-Chute Crush complete with:
  - Full walk-through Mk 5 Headbail sheeted to eliminate leg injury.
